Dr. Tracy has been with the clinic for many years. She graduated from Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania. She married a rugby playing Canadian in early 2000 after meeting on The Village Lions Rugby Team in New York City. They moved to Ontario over 15 years ago. She is now a dual citizen and so happy to be close to her husband Christopher’s hometown of London.
She has two teenage children, Cael and Hailyn, and a menagerie of pets including a Basset Hound mix named Arwen (“Winnie”). She joins cats Milo and Ferguson as well as guinea pig, Amethyst, and axolotl, Alex.
Dr. Tracy has worked in general practice, SPCA spay neuter, and emergency settings throughout southern Ontario. She also works part-time at the London Regional Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital and Brantford SPCA and has a keen interest in emergency, dermatology, and surgery. Dr. Tracy enjoys staying active in her kids' various activities and watching all sports possible. She played rugby and volleyball for many years and now dabbles in recreation curling with middle age gym activities as well. Dr. Tracy is from New York so you will still hear some heavily accented words when talking to her; she used to work at the Central Park Zoo in the bird center. She also lived in Africa for several years and would like to get back on a volunteer project. She spent three years in a forest working with lemurs, bats, birds, and several unique creatures in Madagascar.
