 We book by appointment only.  Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. 

Although we are not an emergency & trauma centre, for our clients, we have a veterinary team on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to assess any urgent need for your pet. Emergencies can entail such things as; toxin ingestion, hit by car and lacerations. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call.  If possible, it is best to call before coming so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.

 If you feel that your emergency is urgent in nature and you live in London, or we are closed, please don't hesitate to contact the London Regional Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital at 519-432-3300.
